Keil UV4 Can't work with high DPI on windows7,The uv4.exe can't run when use high DPI

Per my test,
the uVision4 v4.1 works fine with "Medium 125%" mode, but higher version ex. v4.72.x.x ARE NOT WORK even enable the Compatible Mode by right click!
