Are you saying that NXP have bad user manuals?

What part of the documentation in the user manual do you not like or understand?

What part of all the sample code do you not like or understand?

Sir i tried to write a code for timer but i faced some problems ,What header file to be added apart fro. LPC21XX.H.

Please give a sample code

Why should we other users of Keil software give sample code?

Are you saying that you are not happy with the sample code already availble from the Keil site? Or the NXP site? Or the sample code you get installed on your own hard drive when you install the Keil tools?
