battery simulator for 3 batteries

hi

my new project :(

I'm a little confused about all the stuff about battery chargers

I see for example that microchip offers a smart ic quite pretty blue to charge batteries ... with max output 4.5 V... this means i can put 3 AAA compatible with the ic type in series to acchieve 4.5 to be charged and monitored as a single batt

i'm asked to simulate a charge at standard AAA rechargeable nimh commercial batts with at least 1000mAh ...

if anyone wants to help or give me code thats good too ...

thanks in advance

  • I'm a bit confused too.

Simulate the battery? In software or building electronics that have an inner voltage, inner resistance?

Or simulate a battery charger? I could only see it possible to simulate in software. If having hardware, then it would basically be a battery charger and no simulator.
