hi all ! how physically (wires) connect sd card to the lpc2468, so that you can use this scheme:

Could you please give ready working hex for flashing lpc2468? thanks

But note that no one writes a firmware that only generates a file on a SD card.
1) The firmware must be run on a platform with the same crystal frequency, so you get correct timing.
2) Any signal pins used to power up your SD card must be identical to other design.
3) Anyone who do write a firmware would also add other functionality - and if these signals does not match your use, then the firmware can't be trusted.
In the microcontroller world, a firmware is written specifically to solve a very well defined problem, while running on a very well-defined target hardware. That means, that you can't just take a binary written by someone else, and run on your platform, unless your platform is a carbon copy of their platform.
Even if you use a development board that others are using, they are most probably making use of more functions - after all, few people want to test SD card interfaces without having a problem to solve. And if using a dev kit, then the SD card is normally designed into the board. If it isn't, then the users are likely to connect way more external hardware than the SD card connector.
As I wrote in the first post: This is not a PC, where you can download a ready-to-run binary and have a reasonable chance that it will run on your hardware.
