L6314 W: no section matches with armlib/h_

Dear Forum,When trying to link a MCU with ARM7TDMI i am getting a Warning as L6314 W: no section matches with *armlib/h_*.This error is coming when i am using the Keil IDE(4.1).I am able to compile and link without this warning using RVDS 3.1.Could any one please tell what could be the reason.

No i am compiling and linking and linking Using Keil IDE.
