Composite device do not istall correctly wen attached to a Hub

Hi
My new problem with my composite device arouse!

I have my Compsite device now. HID + CD-ROM.

It installs correctly when i connect it to USB port on my computer but when I use an external HUB it do not install correctly.

Any one have an idea about the reason?

New examination result is:

connecting my composite device through hubs in win XP works !! even chaning multiple hubs did not make a problem. but in win7 the problem exists.
