Hi Frnds, I have to store Data in external EEPROM and compare data with 89c51 input. If both data in ext EEPROM n data to 89c51 matches. It has to giv output. Pls help me for my project.

Have you looked on the manufacturers website at the support materials available - examples, application notes, tutorials, etc,...?
Yes, We have Interacted with them and we have got notes everything.
Have you reviewed your class notes, text books, etc?
Yes, We have done that all Time.

You should be talking to your instructors/tutors to review your progress on your assignment. Nobody else knows what the requirements are for your project!
And, anyhow, nobody can review your ideas when you don't say what those ideas are!
