I have some hard won information regarding the use of the Keil flash utility with large page NAND flash. Be warned, this is not an activity that is supported by Keil in any meaningful way, and their tech support (either domestic or otherwise) ostensibly does not have knowledge about the details on the inner workings of the flash utility. This information was gathered via trial and error utilizing debug messages sent to the serial port. If anybody takes this on feel free to contact me via the forum and I can fill in the details. I did not post the information here because of the 7000 character limit.

What is this supposed to mean? I thought it was their software? Thanks for the proposal to help.
That's an excellent question, and I'm afraid one I don't have a satisfactory answer for.
