Does Keil support uc3 RTOS?
Since we know nothing about you or your experience or capabilities, it is impossible to answer whether you can port "uc3" (whatever that may be) to "K70" using Keil.
The evidence so far is not encouraging, however.
But, To any compiler, it's all just source code - the compiler is not the limiting factor...

Have any one tried to used the combination of Portable Embedded Graphic (PEG) + Micro Sea Cube (uc3) + KEIL compiler in their project.
