Flash programming

Hi,

I've a "phytec Development-Board HD200" with a "phycore : : PCM-023" on it. I'm trying to load a program onto the Flash with the JTAG-Adapter and the "Philips Flash Utility"-software. But try to load the program onto the flash, the message "Cannot open COM port" occurs. There is no wrong Jumper-configuration. Can somebody help me?

But don't you think "Cannot open COM port" sounds more like a problem on the PC side - that the PC program fails to open a COM port for talking with the board?
