What JTAG can I use to use logic analyzer??

Hello,

I would like to use logic analyzer but I have a doubt.
I have a demo kit with ulink-me debuger but I suspect that ulink-me is not correct device to do it.

Could somebody tell me what is the correct debuger to use logic analyzer?
Ulink2 or Ulink pro?
