Error:can't execute 'BIN31\ArmCC'

HI! I have actually made a program to initialize a USB port as a host in Keil uVision3.
The code i m writing will be implemented on LPC2468ARM7 board. But wen i build da same it shows dis error
Error:can't execute 'BIN31\ArmCC'
I have searched a lot. Please help ,as i m stuck on dis.

If you downloaded 4.21, you cannot use uVision3 any more - you must use c:\Keil\uv4\uv4.exe

All the ulink dlls are configured for the new IDE.
