ARP Reply Problem

Hi,

I use an ARM9 AT91SAM9260 with a 2 Port-Switch IC from Micrel. Every thing works fine. But sometimes if I turn the Power on, the board kann't connect to the TCP/IP-Server. In WireShark
I see both the ARP Request (from the board) and the ARP Reply from the server. But the board ignore every time this replys. A Hardware Reset resolve the problem but a Software reset does not.
Any one have an idea?
