The example of Keil can not be debug

I open the example in"C:\Keil\ARM\Boards\Keil\MCBSTM32C\RTX_Blinky", when I simulation the program, I push debug botton,then "error 65:access violation at 0x0000000C" come, what's the problem? All the example in MCBSTM32C have this problem, somebody can help?
