Does the Keil MDK-ARM incorporate the ARM RealView Development Suite (RVDS) into Keil's u-Vision IDE, or are the two completely independent development platforms? I am considering taking a Cortex-M3 software development training class from Doulos that uses RVDS, but our intent is to use the Keil MDK-ARM platform for our actual development. Would the Doulos class based on RVDS help with the use of the Keil tool chain, or just add to the confusion of learning new tools?
Not sure what LPC1778 has to do with Nexperia?
AFAIK, LPC1778 is just a plain Cortex-M3 microcontroller: www.nxp.com/.../LPC1778FET208.html
But Nexperia is, "NXP’s brand for a unique group of products that streamline development of next-generation, connected multimedia appliances. Flexible Nexperia solutions help manufacturers meet market demands for innovative, appealing products in targeted consumer and communications markets"
