what is the reason i can not reply to somethreads? the reply buttons are missing at some threads like: http://www.keil.com/forum/19387/
instead of the reply button i just see "read-only". but a read-only thread with someone asking questions i can not reply doesn't make any sense to me ;)
does anybody know what is the matter for this behaviour?

So the person making the thread is probably not waiting for an answer.
It's just that Keil have - since a number of years - that old threads don't lock properly. They allow one (1) person to make one (1) post in them before they lock down. Stupid something fiercely. But Keil seems to like it that way, since they refuse to fix it despite having been told about it quite a number of times.
But why not try to send a support mail? Who knows - maybe this time they will look into it instead of letting more people be confused abut that single recent post that locks up the thread.
