i have a hitex str7 evalboard. my questions is : how can use the keyboard to control the board? for example i want to press a key to play a sound or make a led blink, etc.

uVision is a so-called Integrated Development Environment (or "IDE" for short) - it is a tool for writing, building, downloading, and debugging programs.
To send stuff from your PC to your embedded application, you will need to write a separate application on the PC to do that. Your embedded application receives what the PC sends, and acts upon it.
