MDK-ARM Plug-in for Eclipse: UVSCWrapper.dll failed to load

I have installed the uVision plugin for Eclipse, but when I want to flash download configuration I get the following error:

UVSCWrapper.dll failed to load.
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: com.keil.uv4.uvsc.wrapper.UVSCWrapperDLLJNI.swig_module_init()V
