License issue

I got LIC code and use it with keil uvision 4. It got activated and showing the date of expiry as January 2013 in license management but whenever I try to build my target files, I get "startup_LPC17xx.s: Error: A9932E: LICENSE ERROR (R227: CURRENTLY NO LICENSE AVAILABLE)".

Please let me know how to resolve this problem

* Floating license ?
* No license to use RL-ARM ?
