Need to Synchronize Time with GPRS server

Hi All...

I Would like to know how can I synchronize time with GPRS/Network server. I need to get the server time with the help of GPRS modem interfaced to my ARM LPC2378 processor. The GPRS/Network Server time should be the reference time for ARM LPC2378. Is There any way of using Network time protocol (NTP) or SNTP with ARM LPC 2378. Can any one give a simple code Example..
