ulink not working with uVision 4

I am using an evaluation version of uVision 4 and have a ULINK Debugger. I was able to install the drivers. Under the setting menu in Target option -> Debug -> "ULINK ARM debugger" ULINK is not showing up. How can i config ULINK to work with uVision 4.
