We are using the Nuvoton N79E352 for our application. We need the C compiler for this MCU. Are Keil Micro vision 2 or 3 compilers enough to develop the application with this controller? Can anybody tell me about how to get the compiler?

Microvision is no a compiler - it is an IDE: http://www.keil.com/uvision/
uVision-3 was replaced by uVision-4 several years ago and, obviously, uVision-2 is much older still!
