i try to create a bootloader wich receives the new firmware via SPI. Sadly i dont know how i can read or write the flash memory. I found some source samples but nothing works at my evalution Board. (http://www.keil.com/support/docs/2045.htm) (http://www.keil.com/support/docs/2554.htm)
Have someone tryed to write ab Bootloader for the LPC9xx Familiy, or could post a working flash write/erase sample source ?

For that, you need to read the device documentation
It's a specific question about the particular device, so the device manufacturer - NXP - is the best source. It has nothing specifically to do with Keil.
that the high LPC93x devices have a limited datasheet and an extensive 'user manual' the datasheet covers the device specific and the user manual is a "datasheet" covering what is the same for all in the group
