Good Afternoon,
I recently purchased a Texas Instruments TMS570LS31 Hercules development kit. I would like to use Keil uVision with this board. It has a TMS570LS3137 MCU onboard, and the error I am receiving from uvision is that it is not supported in simulation mode,and that I have to go to target mode. I am connected to the Windows 7 PC with a USB connection, and my control panel shows the XDS100 JTAG emulator installed. Before I go and buy the usb to JTAG adapter, I want to know if anyone has had experience with this hardware with uVision4 ?
Any help would be appreciated.

No. I do not have direct experience with this eval board, but it appears that your target board is supported with the SEGGER J-Link ARM. This USB debugger is supported for Windows 7. I'm not sure just which version of J-Link is compatible with uVision4.
I suggest that you contact both Segger and Keil for sales info.
