CoRe51 Devp.board - compilation problem

I am using Win.XP OS.

Installed the Keil Uvision3 from the CD.
Selected BlinkLED.C file from sample codes and tried for building hex files & other related.
However the programme says as follows:

PRINT(".\blinkled2.m51") RAMSIZE(256) CODE( 0X0000-0XFFFF ) *** FATAL ERROR L210: I/O ERROR ON INPUT FILE: EXCEPTION 0021H: PATH OR FILE NOT FOUND FILE: C:\KEIL\C51\LIB\L51_BANK.OBJ Target not created

Can any one please clarify me what to do for compiling target files?
