How Keil IDE Software Validation is done?

How can we validate the Keil IDE software?
Is there any tools available freely to validate the Keil IDE?

    We have done coding and it is working fine with the hardware. this is Bio medical product.
    Now we are into ISO :13485 of the product. Now we have to produce the Validation for the Software(Here it is IDE). And we are using licence version of Keil.

    How can i produce the validation of IDE to the audit ? or Where can i get the certification of validation of software.
