Unfortunantely, the output from your chosen translator is unintelligible.

It is unlikely that any other automatic translator is going to be any better.
If this is a commercial project, you might be better talking to your local distibutor (whether Keil or NXP), or trying to find a local consultant to help you: http://www.keil.com/condb
If it's a school project, you should talk to your tutor and/or confer with your classmates...
