Keil MDK 4.20 flash big file (>100k) failed

Hi,

I'm using Keil MDK 4.20.03.0 compile and flash to my tower Kinetis board(TWR-K69N512).

I can flash to my board if the .axf file is 60KBytes. If .axf file is big (~120KBytes), the Keil MDK IDE hang. I can't search any information about it.

Please help me.

What Flash programming adapter are you using. Is this ULINK or something different?
