MDK for cortex M4???

Hi,

I'm currently testing a new micro cortex M4, and I seek the library FS,USB and TCP for cortex M4, and I do not find it. I find just the RTX.
there isn't MDK for cortex M4?

If I am not mistaken, all code for Cortex-M3 will also run on Cortex-M4.
