Hi to all, Keil MDK I use fails to download file to LPC1114/301 flash memory (Flash-Download menu). The flash verification points to mismatch in 4 constant flash addresses: "Contents missmatch at: 0000001CH (Flash=22H Required=00H) ! Contents missmatch at: 0000001DH (Flash=EEH Required=00H) ! Contents missmatch at: 0000001EH (Flash=FFH Required=00H) ! Contents missmatch at: 0000001FH (Flash=EFH Required=00H) !" May be, my flash driver(LPC1xx/LPC13xx IAP 32kB Flash) is obsolete? I am using ULINK-Pro with Keil MDK v4.02. About year before this question was laready asked(http://www.keil.com/forum/17358/), but still unanswered. Does anybody can help me? Regards Alex
I am working with 4.14 and manage to program a LPC1114 without a problem. Did you try to program it with flash magic? If no errors occur, you should either upgrade of check your JTAG settings.
Thank you, Michael, I'll try to upgrade my uVision, hopefully it will help. Programming with flash magic is impossible because of HW constraints :( The only way is to it is cutting wires, I really don't want to do it. Alex
