Silent Install of iarVircomport.inf

I would like to do a silent install of the iarVircomport.inf that comes along with the VirtualComm project from IAR. What would be the appropriate command?

I'm not sure what is iarVircomport.inf, exactly. But it sounds like an INF file for CDC.
Then, it relates to Microsoft.
The pair of your device and INF file should get certified (signed) following Windows Logo Program
