Invalid ROM Table

Suddently the error Invalid ROM Table appeare!

I work with the STM32F103VBT6 and changed from the internal Clock to the external Clock.
Whats going wrong?

Anybody solve thsi issue. I have two developers running into same issue on K60 tower platform.

same chip, external xtal, never seen the problem

Same problem here, K60 tower kit TWR-K60N512 and Keil software with uLINK2 debugger. Suddenly, warning message 'Kinetis device is locked! Do you want to unlock it? Mass Erase will be executed!' and 'Invalid ROM table' error dialog right after that. And the device cannot be programmed anymore.

Any solution?
