I found project for serial 232.html very usefull for usb to ttl converter with C. Unfortunedly the speed only <4800bps. I'm sticky witth it5 cause the size. Any information on how to modified code it to get "standard" 9600 bps?

Why not just get something like this: www.ftdichip.com/.../Cables.htm
That would consume no code space on your 80251, and give vastly superior performance!
