Query regarding assembly language programming

Hello,

1.How to set bit of any SFR in XE164 (Infineon)controller in assembly language?
2.How & where to declare global variable in assembly langauage for the above mentioned controller?

There's also the instruction set manual. It's separate from the assembler manual.
