As a beginner it would be I need some basic examples that show the manner PWM ports work connected to a relay or some thing similar. Good Day.

You can make it easy for people to help you, or you can carry on making it hard for people to help you...
Are you going to use PWM to "communicate" using a relay?
Do you know what a relay is?
How are you going to get the relay to manage "high speed" operation? It's an electromechanical device - the datasheet tells how fast it can toggle and how many toggles it is expected to survive. Any PWM will not magically make the relay faster, unles you use extra hgigh voltages just for drawing the relays and then reduces the voltage when holding the relay drawn.
