Hi All,
Currently am evaluating MCB9B500 development board for a new project. Our project shall have USB functionality and support of HID class. Can somebody please tell me whether BSP for MCB9B500 development board has USB support along with HID class? Or do we need to buy or develop HID class layer.
Regards Prasad
According to this Fujitsu web page, "FM3 family" on Fujitsu web (Japanese page - English page doesn't describe the details) jp.fujitsu.com/.../
- IAR starter kit for FM3 family comes with USB HID example, along with MSC and CDC examples. - Keil provides just LED blinky.
Like Cypress EZ-USB, the USB engine on MB9BF50x is an "intelligent" one. The hardware processes most of standard device requests automatically. Your firmware provides just the routines for Get_Descriptor and class requests, as a USB device stack code. If you have any experience of making a USB stack on other chip, it doesn't take half a day to make one for this chip. Even so, an example is preferable :-)
