Connecting the JTAG debugger to a running processor

Hello all,

Is it possible to connect the JTAG debugger to a running processor, and start debugging the source code? I've gone through the debugger settings in keil and disabled the reset on connect and the flash download but when halting the device, it doesn't show any source code.

Is is possible to do this? If so, how?
