cannot connect with the device over DAS server

Hello,

we have bought an XC164CM Easy Kit Board from Infineon. As IDE the evaluation version of uVision3 V3.50b is used. The problem is, I cannot connect with the device from uVision3. Here are the details.

1. Configure uVision3 according to the data sheet of XC164CM Easy Kit Board.
2. Open DAS and start the DAS server “JTAG over USB Chip”.
3. Rebuild the example “Toggle_pin”. By now everything is OK.
4. Click the button “Start/Stop Debug Session”.

Here I get some errors:
Error 1: Error occurred during device access.
Error 2: Target DLL has been cancelled. Debugger aborted!

After these the DAS server is closed by uVision3.

I cannot understand it because I followed exactly what the documentation says. Can anybody help me with this issue?
