    I don't know of a reference for the LPC2129 but here is an interrupt driven serial function for the LPC2378.
    C:\Keil\ARM\Boards\Keil\MCB2300\RTX_Traffic

    You should also search the NXP website. They have a number of application notes and most likly they have an interrupt driven UART routine for one of their LPC chips.
