question about LEDSwitch example

I am using uVision 4.21 to run LEDSwitch example code on MCB 17oo board.

I have build and download the code to the board. My PC TCP/IP setting is fixed ip address:192.168.0.100. The PC is connected to board directly using the ethernet cable. But when I run the LEDSwitch.exe on PC. I got:

Couldn't connect. Please check TCP/IP setting of your PC.

How should I setup my TCP/IP setting on PC?
