SD Card Initialization - LPC2368

Hello

I´m having a problem to make a SD Card Interface.
I´ve tried to use some examples including the one that NXP provides.

I cant initialize the SD Card.
On my board I'm using a MicroSD Card with a MiniSD adapter.
I have a MiniSD conector from Kyocera and a 2GB Kingston Micro SD-Card.
I´ve tested all connections and unless I made a huge mistake it's all right.

I have some questions:
1. Should I configure another register that not appears in the example?
2. There is a limitation about Card size in LPC2368 ? I'm working with a 2GB SDC.
3. Should I to format the card in a specific standard?

If someone could help me it would be great.
