Flash File System in Keil 4.21 so slow

Flash File System in new Keil 4.21 much slower than in Keil 4.20:
Lpc 2478
Speed in 4.20 = 2100 KB/s
Speed in 4.21 = 650 KB/s

Are you using flash file system with RTX??
I've MDK professional 4.21 and I can not run flash file system with RTX.
Can You help me?
