Currently I am working on LPC2132 microcontroller. I want to know which LPC microcontroller support OTA features.
What do you mean by "OTA" here?
Have you checked the selection guides, etc, on the NXP website?
OTA means over the air programmable features
That is just one of very many things that the initials "OTA" could possibly stand for: http://www.ota.org http://www.orthota.co.uk http://www.ota.com
Remember: nobody knows anything about you, your background, or your project other than what you explicitly state in your posts - so never just assume that people know what your abbreviations mean!
"OTA means over the air programmable"
No: "OTA" is an abbreviation of "Over The Air [programming]" - we still don't know what you actually mean by it in this particular context!
Presumably, you want the facilit to (re?) program your chip over some kind of wireless link?
But what kind of wireless link: IR? WiFi? GSM? GPRS? Or what??
Again, have you looked at NXP's website? - that will show you the capabilities of their chips...
Do they have any chips with any built-in "wireless" capabilities? Do they have any with the particularr type of "wireless" that you require?
Should, of course, be: "facility to (re?) program"
