What happened to your own copy?

I have problem with my own. I see a post on segger forum that new version of JL2CM3.DLL solves the problem.

Is that a Keil file?

Keil installs a file with that name when the tools are installed.

Why are _we_ expected to have any other version available?

And why did _you_ not bother to give more information in your original post?

The JLink driver in µVision consists of:

JL2CM3.dll   -> this is the µVision Driver
JLinkARM.dll -> this is the low level Segger driver
JLink.exe    -> this is a fall back CMD Line tool from Segger which can be invoked from the JLink Debug Setup.

I just made an update to the JL2CM3, which solves some little possible issues, and also repairs the broken Logic Analyzer functionality.

Please open a support case at Keil Support and I'll send you the new version. If you are using the Eval/Free Version, this is ok, too :-)
