What, exactly, do you mean by that?
uVision-3 is not supplied as a separate installation - it is only provided as part of a toolchain; ie, ARM, XC16x/C16x/ST10, C251, or C51

IF you just installed uVision without the rest of the C51 toolchain - then that is obviously your problem!
Note that uVision-3 is now discontinued anyhow - so whatever you have is well out-of-date.
If you have a full licence, you should speak to your supplier about this.
If you don't have a full licence, you should download the latest Evaluation version, and install that.
