Hi ! I have a mcb2300.
I made the test with the SD_File demo. When I reset the target with the button, the app is unable to init the SD card (tried many times). If I to reinsert the SD card and relaunch initialization, the SDcard init is successful. If I power OFF/ON the target the SDcard init is successful.
File_config.c is version 3.70.
That's annoying when the code may reset by watchdog, and nobody can access the stuff to reinsert the card.

it works when you remove & re-insert the card; it works when you power-cycle the board; it doesn't work when you just reset the processor.
So the problem occus when the processor resets without a power-cycle at the card?
I think you need to look carefully at how you initialise the card at startup...

I don't think these boards are designed for shipping to your customers?

In fact I wrote to keil, but still waiting for answer ... So I tried here.
I hope that the board design is lead-free
