AGSI AgsiDefineMenuItem hangs

Hello,

I am trying to develop an AGSI device simulation. I'm compiling my DLL using Visual Studio 2008. The DLL is launching from the debugger and the calls from the debugger to AgsiEntry are occurring (I see AGSI_CHECK, AGSI_INIT, etc.) However, the debugger hangs when the dll calls AgsiDefineMenuItem. Should this work under windows XP and VS2008?
