Is XC164CM-16F suported?

Hello,

I want to use uVision for the XC164CM-16F of Infineon. I have tried two evaluation versions: V6.04a and V.6.06a. In both versions there is no device "XC164CM-16F" under "Options for Target -> Device", only -4F and -8F. The question is, from which version XC164CM-16F is supported?
