As per the solution given earlier I tried to map 0x28F500 address (with READ WRITE access) using MAP command in .ini file in uVision4. But the given address is not getting reflected in "Memory Map" window and still I'm getting Access Violation error. Can anyone let me know whether I need to do any other setting?

I got the solution yesterday and issue is resolved now. The address given in .ini file was having incorrect format.
