SD Card chip

Hi I m looking for SD Card that comes in chip pagage such as DIP,BGA... instead of off the shelf card type.
I would like to use it for fix installation app.

Does somebody please recommend?

    Now i knew iNand.
    I've never reminded to such a well known sdcard company would already have a solution for this... may be the other have too.
    But, Is the iNand ready to buy from distributor?
    How about the price compare to off the shelf sdcard + holder?

    I found one from Cactus techno.
    www.dacomwest.de/.../cactus_sd.htm
    but it seem to be high grade device which of course, might be untouchable price for consumer product.
